Mr Texas Limo further agrees to comply with all of Customer 's reasonable transportation instructions communicated to Mr Texas Limo by Customer, and to comply with all applicable provisions of any Provincial, Federal, State and/or local law or ordinance and all lawful orders, rules and regulations issued thereunder. 

In addition to any other right or remedy provided by law, if Customer fails to pay for the Services when due, Mr Texas Limo has the option to treat such failure to pay as a material breach of this Contract, and may cancel this Contract and/or seek legal remedies.

Mr Texas Limo agrees to perform its services under this Contract in accordance with the highest standards of industry.

Personal Information which is customer provided to Mr Texas Limo, and its employees, agents, or representatives will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Mr Texas Limo, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner, any information that is proprietary to Customer. Mr Texas Limo and its employees, agents, and representatives will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision will continue to be effective even after the termination of this Contract.
